Thank you for your patience.
Full and co-sponsorship opportunities are available for several conference activities at an additional cost. Sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and at the sponsored function. Please indicate your preferred sponsorship in your registration form or contact Helene Paroff at 360.489.3650.

EXHIBITOR PRIZE DRAWINGS
A special exhibitor prize drawing will be held for participants who visit a minimum number of exhibits. Donations are greatly appreciated! Typical donations include gift baskets, gift cards, product (not individual books or CDs). As an added attraction, exhibitors are welcome to hold "private" drawings at their booths.
Security will not be provided at any time. Vendors are responsible for securing their property.
A $150 fee (per space) applies to cancellations received by February 1. No refunds for cancellations after February 1. No Show = No Refund. Please submit cancellations to Lisa Gehman at firstname.lastname@example.org or 360.489.3640.
Exhibits are spread through the lower level lobbies. Spaces are assigned when the registration deadline passes. You may not purchase a specific location.
Although best efforts are made to provide a healthy distance between "competitors" and provide rotation for returning exhibitors, it can prove challenging. Please honor our best efforts and "make your space work." No changes to your assigned exhibit location will be onsite, for any reason.
