This series of online sessions will talk about the basics of bargaining with a labor group. It will cover all the topics that a new member of your bargaining team needs to know and will be a good refresher course for experienced bargainers as well. This virtual class is offered free to ERNN members.           Session 1 will cover planning for and getting ready to begin bargaining           Session 2 will address strategies and skills needed at the table and how to present and respond to proposal           Session 3 will be about getting to closure at the table, as well as employer rights and requirements to share information Several guest presenters will help with this course. At the end of each session, there will be adequate time for questions and answers specific to your district’s needs.
“This is a three-session workshop with new material presented every week. Participants should plan to attend all three sessions.”

CLOCK HOURS

3.75 hours will be available to attendees and will be distributed via email at the conclusion of the series on February 8.
