The Leadership Learning Series
The Inclusive Systems Leadership Learning Series is organized around four leadership moves identified through the statewide research study.
Leadership Move 1: Moving from Vision to System-wide Coherence
Leaders learn how to translate inclusive vision into coherent systems, policies, and practices that support access and belonging for all students.
Leadership Move 2: Building the Leadership Team for Inclusion
Leaders strengthen collaborative leadership structures and develop shared ownership for inclusive systems across departments and roles.
Leadership Move 3: Leading Adult Learning for Inclusive Practice
Leaders build the professional learning systems, instructional capacity, and educator support necessary for sustainable implementation.
Leadership Move 4: Measuring Progress and Sustaining Change
Leaders learn how to use data, reflection, and continuous improvement processes to monitor progress and sustain inclusive systems over time.
Throughout all sessions, participants explore leadership strategies related to mindset, culture, equity, culturally responsive practices, anti-bias leadership, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
