Reconnecting with your Values and Passions ...Not just because it's good for you, but because it'll make you a more effective leader!
Featuring J.Marie! Lunch and Learn March 1 | 12:00–1:00 p.m.
ABOUT Chronic stressors...like the pandemic and the ways in which public education has been put in the center of our nation's culture wars...they wear on us as individuals and the systems we operate in. We feel the effects of these stressors personally on our overall sense of wellbeing and in our levels of satisfaction at work. We see the effects at a system level through things like reduced morale, increased turnover, and the speed with which conflict escalate. Relatively simple shifts can make a BIG difference in how you feel about your work, and — more importantly — how resilient and effective you are as a leader in your work on behalf of your students, their families, and your district's employees. We'll spend time together reflecting on what matters most...to you, to your teams, and to your community. We'll review some basics of brain management and how to put your brain to work for you. And you'll walk away with tools to take this conversation back to your district's leadership teams, supporting a culture of re-energized leadership that can be built and sustained over time.
DATE AND TIME March 1, 2022 | 12–1 p.m. via Zoom AUDIENCE All district administrators
