1.    Create an account on the Anthropic Console
2.    Select the "Generate a prompt" option
3.    Describe the goal you want to achieve
4.    Click "Generate prompt" to create the perfect prompt within seconds
5.    Edit, copy, or discard the generated prompt as needed

ChatGPT has become an integral part of many people's workflows, facilitating tasks across various domains, but to get the best out of it, crafting appropriate prompts is key.
Here is a quick guide to help you enhance your prompts in 30 seconds:
1.    Open the Prompt Engineering GPT in ChatGPT.
2.    Click on the button: "Can you review the prompt below according to the best practices in prompt engineering?"
3.    Enter the basic prompt you want to use for ChatGPT. Provide relevant context and information.
4.    Receive an optimized prompt: Prompt Engineering GPT will analyze your input and provide an enhanced version, tailored to elicit better results from ChatGPT.
5.    Use the optimized prompt in a new chat.

ChatGPT

  1. Go to https://chat.openai.com/auth/login (If you see "ChatGPT is at capacity right now", wait a few moments and try again.)
  2. Find ChatGPT  This might be found under a menu item or as part of the homepage.
  3. Register for an account
  4. Enter your information  name, email address & set a password
  5. Terms and Conditions Read and agree
  6. Verification After submitting your registration, OpenAI will typically send a verification email to the address you provided. Open your email inbox and look for this email.In the verification email, there will be a link or button to verify your account. Click on this to complete the verification process.
  7. Log In


ChatGPT For Mobile Device

  1. You can also create an account using the ChatGPT mobile app for iPhone.
  2. For now, there's no ChatGPT app for Android, but you can use the chatbot in your phone or tablet's web browser.

Claude

  1. Go to www.anthropic.com/claude
  2. Click “Try Claude”
  3. Go to Claude.ai and enter your email address
    After you enter your email address to create an account, Anthropic will create a free account and send you a temporary login code. Copy it and enter it into the required box.
  4. Enter your name and username
    Confirm your age and agree to the terms and conditions to proceed.
  5. Learn about Anthropic
    Anthropic will walk you through a few pointers regarding the AI model and how it operates. Click “next” to continue.
  6. Chat with Claude
    The chat box will appear next. Type in your question or prompt to get started.


CoPilot

  1. Go to the Microsoft Copilot Studio introduction website. Supported browsers include Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
  2. On the website, select Try free and sign in with your work email address.
  3. After you sign up, a default Power Apps environment is made for you. For most users, this default is sufficient. However, to specify a custom Power Apps environment, select another one, using the environment picker. Note
    Microsoft Copilot Studio is only supported in these data locations. Outside of these locations, create a custom environment with Region set to a supported data location before you create your copilot.

  4. Once signed up, you land on the Home page. Select Create a copilot.
  5. A wizard starts. Give your copilot a name.
  6. In the What language do you want your copilot to speak? field, select a language. The language dropdown is pre-populated with the browser locale.
  7. (Optional) To boost conversations with AI-generated responses, add a URL to the Boost your conversations with generative answers field.
  8. (Optional) You can make customizations and enhancements before finalizing your copilot.

    Choose Edit advanced options at the bottom of the page.

    Select a copilot icon to give your copilot a personality and represent your business scenario. You can select from the prepopulated list of icons or upload a custom icon. This icon gets displayed in the chat window when the copilot responds.Choose prepopulated Lesson topics to provide starter content and familiarize yourself with copilot topics.
    Select the solution for your copilot and the schema name.

  9. These options are all advanced options, which can be changed later.

  10. Select Create.
    Creating your first copilot in a new environment can take up to 15 minutes. Additional copilots get created faster.
    You're redirected to the copilot's Overview page.
    Note: Copilot operations like publish and authentication configurations might take a few more minutes to be ready for use.


Gemini

  • Navigate to Google Gemini using this URL: https://bard.google.com/chat
  • Enter your personal Google account details.
  • Next, begin using the latest AI model by Google, Gemini
  • Enter your query or a prompt and receive Gemini-generated content instantly
Before sharing private or sensitive data, ensure that the AI tool meets the following requirements:
  1. Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  2. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  3. Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA)

District Safety Considerations:

  • Have a clear understanding of your data collection processes.
  • Update policies to include the use of and considerations for using AI.
  • Give users options to opt-out or delete their data if they want.


Turning off chat history and model training

ChatGPT is not meant for children under 13, and requires parental consent for ages 13 to 18.

Revise, revise, revise  Writing a prompt to produce the output you’re seeking requires an iterative process.
