ABOUT
With the increased recognition that learning gaps have increased, school leaders are now focused on approaches that have the highest impact on student learning. This interactive session will outline the research-based practices that close gaps in the classroom, school, and district level. Local districts will have time to share data-informed practices that are closing gaps and probe real problems of practice.

OUR WHY
Now, more than ever, education leaders must take the lead in outlining and executing leadership approaches that center student outcomes and equity at the core of everything they do. Leadership and equity are one and the same. This work is not an event, rather a MINDSET and a way of being that must be a focus all year over multiple years. 

Regional Workshops

Workshop Capacity: Minimum=25 per location, Maximum=75 per location
  
Workshops will be held 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. in the following locations:

Spokane | March 6, 2023

• NEWESD 101: 4202 S. Regal Street, Spokane, WA 99223

Anacortes | March 7, 2023

• Northwest ESD 189: 1601 R. Avenue, Anacortes, WA 98221

Please note: 

• These are not a series of workshops but are “repeats” offered regionally for your convenience.
• No sleeping/hotel room blocks are reserved.
• Lunch will be provided.

CLOCK HOURS
6 hours will be available to attendees. The clock-hours form will be distributed after each workshop session.
