ABOUT
The Aspiring Superintendents Academy is designed for experienced district leaders, building leaders, and teacher leaders who are considering or actively pursuing a superintendency.
This statewide professional learning experience is a collaboration between the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) and the Association of Educational Service Districts (AESD), with support from The School Superintendent Association (AASA). The academy provides an overview of the superintendent's role, combining practical guidance, expert insights, and real-world preparation to help participants confidently take the next step in their leadership journey.
