2026–27 SCHEDULE
Sessions will be held via Zoom, 8 – 10 a.m. on the following dates:
- September 29, 2026
- November 3, 2026
- January 5, 2027
- February 2, 2027
- March 2, 2027
Sessions are broken up into 30 min of mentorship best practice learning, 30 min of check in time with mentees, and 60 min of a combined learning session with mentees focused on the following topics.
- Using evaluation as a leadership and systems tool rather than a compliance activity
- Building communication systems that strengthen trust, alignment, and political leadership
- Maintaining instructional focus while leading complex systems
- Aligning financial decisions and operational systems to district priorities
- Reflection, adaptation, and transition from entry leadership to sustained leadership
