WASA/Learning First Strategic Planning WASA is partnering with Dr. Tammy Campbell with The Scholar First in providing a unique, student-centered strategic planning framework.
A nationally recognized superintendent, leadership coach and mentor, Dr. Campbell is the founder and CEO of The Scholar First. Her strategic planning process incorporates student voice, broad stakeholder engagement, a Theory of Action to greater align central office and schools, strategy selection grounded in research-based best practices, and sustainable systems and structures to elevate student success.
